These terms govern your use of the iOS app "FlowFrame" (Japanese name: ぬるぬる動画さん; the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App converts a video you choose from your photo library into a smoother video by using AI frame interpolation to generate the frames in between existing ones (higher frame rate output such as 60fps / 120fps, and slow motion). All processing is performed on your device; videos are never uploaded to a server.
The App does not modify your original video. Converted videos are saved to your photo library only when you tap "Save", and temporary files created during conversion are deleted by the App.
You are responsible for the videos you convert with the App. Do not use the App to process content you do not have the right to use, or for any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Reverse engineering, modification, redistribution of the App, or any use that violates applicable law is prohibited.
Frame interpolation generates new frames by estimating motion; results depend on the source video and your device, and artifacts (ghosting, distortion) may appear in some scenes. Conversion may not be available for certain videos, devices, or iOS versions, and processing time and quality are not guaranteed. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on the store page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location.
