This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Privexa: EXIF & GPS Remover ("the App"), provided by Hiroki Sugiyama ("we", "us"), handles your information. The App is an iOS application that removes location and other metadata from your photos.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us. There is no account system and no backend server operated by us. All processing happens on your device.
When you select photos to clean, the App reads them from your device's photo library and processes them only on your device. The cleaned copies are saved back to your photo library on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server and are not shared with us or any third party.
The App reads GPS location data embedded in your photos solely to remove it at your request. The App does not access your device's live location or transmit any location data.
Purchases (the one-time lifetime unlock) are processed by Apple through the App Store. To verify and manage your purchase status, the App uses a purchase-management service (RevenueCat), which processes an anonymous identifier and basic purchase/device information. We do not receive your name, email address, or payment card details.
This version of the App does not include third-party analytics or advertising.
All processing is performed on your device. The App does not retain your photos or metadata. Deleting the App from your device removes all App data.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
